Harley’s Time LLC  is a  Florida based luxury online retailer specializing in Rolex, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Breitling, Tag, IWC, Zenith  and Cartier, we are not an authorized dealer in any of the brands that we sell, with that said we source our watches only from authorized dealers from the United States and around the world. All of our watches are brand new, unworn and include manufacturer’s warranty cards, box, and all packing materials unless otherwise stated. SPECIAL ORDERS
We travel to Europe most every month and will gladly try to source that hard to find watch for you, in the event that we do this we will in most cases be able to have your name put on the manufacturers warranty card, listing you as the original owner of the watch.

WARRANTY
Unless specifically mentioned in the ad, you can expect to receive a brand new watch with tags. The original brand box will be provided as well as original manufacturer’s warranty and instruction manual.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accepts returns within 7 days of shipment. All returns must be authorized by us in writing before being sent, returns must be sent prepaid with full insurance, all items must be returned to us in same condition as received, i.e. all original packaging, stickers, tags, warranty cards etc., must be included. In addition you will be responsible for outbound shipping and insurance charges which were previously billed when initially shipped as well as a 10% restocking fee which covers our expenses incurred.

TAXES
There is no sales tax charged, unless shipping within the state of Florida.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
We will gladly ship to most countries, however you are responsible for any customs fees and or taxes charged by your destination country, we ship by UPS or FedEx with full insurance.
